Intuitive Arts Workshop - Play with Energy! Breathwork & Active Meditation

What to expect:

This is not a typical meditation. Your mind wonders and experiments with energy, quiet moments may arise and intuitive hints will emerge. You're playing with energy and breath, visualizing and actively filling up your mind body and spirit with pure energy, joy and bliss.

*Learn about your inborn energy centers and how they function and affect your daily life when depleted and what incredible improvement of life quality happens if you start nourishing them on a daily basis. We don't expect our cell phone to work if we don't charge it, why don't we charge our in-body energy centers daily to feel and experience life more energized ?

*Belonging. FAQ + sharing stories and connecting in community.

*Play with energy. Excersises to move energy through your body. Let's have some fun!

*Guided breathwork and meditation practice to apply our new skills of inner nourishment. You learn how to release trapped energy through breathwork and how to energize your chakras at will.

What to bring:

*Pen & paper for your notes.

*Water bottle to stay hydrated. We release a lot of energy knots during those workshops, it's important to stay hydrated while your body is doing the work.

*Comfy clothes for breathwork and meditation.
