This is not a typical meditation. Your mind wonders and experiments with energy, quiet moments may arise and intuitive hints will emerge. You're playing with energy and breath, visualizing and actively filling up your mind body and spirit with pure energy, joy and bliss. Accompanying sound vibrations will support your bodies own restoration powers.

*Pen & paper for your notes.

*Water bottle to stay hydrated. We release a lot of energy knots during those workshops, it's important to stay hydrated while your body is doing the work.

*Comfy clothes for breathwork and meditation.

*A blankie if you wish to stay cozy.
